Hoaxle is a free game for entertainment. It is provided "as is", without warranties. We may change or stop it at any time.

Headlines and links

Headlines are quoted with attribution and link to the original article. All rights in headlines and articles belong to their publishers. A headline marked SATIRE is a joke by its publisher, not a factual claim. A headline marked REAL was published by a news organisation; we don't vouch for the underlying story — read the original.

Publishers who would like a headline removed can email info@hoaxle.com and we'll take it down promptly.

Artwork you send us

If you send us artwork or designs to feature, you keep ownership of them. By sending them you confirm they are your own work, and you give us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide permission to show them on Hoaxle and in posts promoting it, credited to you. You can ask us to stop using a piece at any time by emailing info@hoaxle.com; we'll remove it from the site promptly. We don't pay for submissions unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Fair play

Don't try to break, overload or scrape the site. Otherwise, play as much as you like.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss from using the site or the sites it links to. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under UK law.
